hi thank you for reply. i have 10 servers with this configurations. there are third party application installed on 4 servers. initaily i thought it's due to third part application. but other 6 servers are fresh OS and thoses servers aslo gets restart. no there is no specific time to restart server . atleaset once a week servers get restart ( not same time or same day for servers. it's random). is there any connection with power for this. chkdsk /f didn't give any error and sucessfuly complited. not sure when is the next time for this restarting . but sure it will happend at least for one server in next couple of days. Hi Indunil,Have you enabled server'sAutomaticUpdate? As far as I know,if you enable the WindowsAU for Windows server by default setting(Automatic everyday at 3:00 AM), it will perform a server reboot for patches installation.Best Regards,Wilson JiaThis posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

A blue screen !! ,Well indunil, with respect to BSOD errors we would require to anlayze the memory dump to find out the root cause of the problems, which might be related to either 3rd party service or one of the microsoft dll which is hard to predict .Please contact Microsoft Customer Service directly so that the memory dump file can be analyzed and this issue can be resolved efficiently.

Hi Indunil,It is very difficult to predict what caused the problem. The only way is to get the complete memory dump for anlaysis. For ox7A here are few of the things which debuggers would check and suggest you the root cause and the resolution if it is related with microsoft exe's / dll's and also if the issue is related to 3rd party services they would tell you the 3rd party dll which was causing the problem. Every BSOD dump will provide you4 parameters which are very important. The reason for 0x7A is that requested page of kernel data from paging file was not able to load into memory which caused the system to BSOD.perform chkdsk /f /r on the system to check if the problem has resolved.--Check for the RAM which sometimes might have become faulty or got corrupted-- Check for adapter cards in the computer -- Make sure you perform AV scan on the system to eliminate cause of the virus / trojan

Hi, From my understanding, it looks that mostly a hardware issue caused the problem.
For your reference, I have also included some methods to isolate this issue, hope it will be helpful.
Method 1:
· Run self hardware test tool for the restarted server to check hardware health, you can mostly get these tool from server vendor.
· Replace or uninstall some memory sticks which are not made from HP originally. (Many restart cases are caused by memory stick issues)
· Run the "chkdsk /f" to check the hard disk for the restarted server.
Method 2:
Temporally to make the system not automatically restart when the issue occurs.
1. Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties" on the desktop
2. Click on the "Advanced"
3. Click "Settings" in the area of "Startup and Recovery"
4. In the prompt dialog box, uncheck the "Automatically restart" in the area of "System failure"
5. Click OK.
If the issue persists, please contact Microsoft Customer Service directly so that the issue can be resolved efficiently.
