windows 2003 cmd.exe
Hi all, We have an issue when run cmd.exe. We open start-run, write "cmd" and Enter, after that the command prompt is open with next message: C:\Users\username>0'0' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. C:\Users\username> Always when open command prompt appear the '0' character. Thanks for commnents.

Hi, It looks like a software conflicts to me. Please try to test in Safe Mode. Restart the system and press F8, choose Safe Mode during startup. What’s the result? Ok, we’re waiting for your update. If the issue still occur in Safe Mode, please help to collect the following information for research. 1. When did the issue start to occur?2. Does this issue occur on all systems? 3. On DC, open GPMC, right-click Group Policy Result, choose Group Policy Result Wizard, follow the wizard to collect a report of the Windows 2003 system. When it finish, right-click in the right-panel, choose Save Report, and upload the file to Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/). If you would like other community member to analyze the report, you can paste the link here, if not, you can send the link to tfwst@microsoft.com.
