when i tried to delete a program hallmark i got a error windows not set up correctly. what do i do?

hi There,With your minimum information on the post i assume that you have installed Hallmark card studio As dave said you need to provide us the OS version you are using.There are 2 possible cuases for the problema) YOu havent installed the program properly which means the corresponding registries during installaiton of the program havent got registered correctly b) Required files for the uninstallation are missing.If you have free incident on the software you can contact the vendor , or what you can do is to manually delete the registries and the files .

Hi woodrow601, You may try to manually remove it. Please refer the following article: How to manually remove programs from the Add or Remove Programs tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314481 If the problem continues, please let us know the OS you use and the exact error message. Regards, Bruce
