Is it a domain controller? What error do you see? Please post the error message details. If you have burned the install media then burn it again and reduce burning speed. If the installation was completed and BSODs appeared then please use Safe Mode and use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link here. I have tried with three media CDs, but still stuck with blue screen

I have provided the RAID controller driver at installation but still blue screen

0x7b is almost always a controller driver issue. Are you upgading or clean installing? With the very large differences in 03 to 08 platform its recommended that you clean install it. Also recommended to use the Dell preinstallation media to prepare the machine for operating system installation especially given the 0x7b issue. Regards, Dave Patrick ....
