every time that i install windows i can not open microsoft website

windows is windows server 2003 and i cant access to somesite especially microsoft and i am in a workgroup with DSL connection i usually have this problem with new windows

hi sadr-computerthanks for the info, i can think of many probable situations , please let me know the network flow your server --> proxy server ( if any ) --> ISP or your server --> internal firewall policies --> proxy server --> ISP please understand that if you are able to browse other websites then port 80 is opened. You need to concentrate on the applications which might be blocking / firewall which might be blocking the website A best way to troubleshoot is to collect a netmon capture and view the packet for more info / detailed info.sainath !analyze

i think it is not for proxy server and i inactive firewall but my problem dont solve do i set a sth in internet options?and in iis how can i see my port?
