why all the azure databases do not appear in my SQL Server Studio

Hello All,

I would appreciate it if you could help. I create 2 databases in azure cloud. A database I created manually and directly in the cloud. the another database I created through MS AdventureWorks files and I used cmd connection from my pc to the cloud in order to create this database.

When I signed in the cloud environment I see the 2 databases but when I connect through sql server studio I see only the manual database there.

Thanks,

Ana

Hi Ana,

To change the default database when you connect you have to click on the options button on the bottom of the connection window:

login window

When you get to the options window, in the drop down either select master, or  simply type in master.

login options

I hope that helps,
