Hi,
As I know, Windows Server 2003 shipped with .Net Framework 1.1. Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 does not include .Net Framework 2.0. That is to say, no matter whether you install Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 or not, the default .Net Framework is .Net Framework 1.1.
