we are using Windows 2003 Server R2 with Service pack2 with IIS6. we got service from www.pingdom.com and get alerts when our website went down. we monitored that our website goes down on the same time veryday (between 1 hr) for 2-6minutes. I have checked the logs and we did not get any error/warning for that specific time. our internet is also working as we have more than 6 webservers and all are working fine. i have done following actions as well This action was taken try to resolve issue of down time at 01/21/2011 12:54:24 AM EST. We have paused pingdom. We understand that an error message indicated that it has taken too long to refresh the W3SVC counters. We did the following steps: 1. Go to the command prompt. 2. Type the following command: unlodctr w3svc unlodctr msftpsvc unlodctr asp unlodctr inetinfo lodctr w3ctrs.ini lodctr ftpctrs.ini lodctr axperf.ini lodctr infoctrs.ini 3. Restart the server.
