I can no longer synch my BlackBerry. This problem may have started - i'm really not sure of the timing - after i installed IE-8. i have restarted many times, reinstalled BB Desktop software, tried everything I can think of. I'd rather not do a system restore since I'm not at all sure IE is the problem. I suppose I could revert to IE-7? If anyone has an solutions and can spell them out to someone who is only moderately tech competent, I'd much appreciate your help.

tnx! indeed, IE 8 was the problem. Given the number of BB users, it would have been nice to know in advance, even for a beta version, that the two would be incompatible.
