i have server2003 32 bit that on instal ca server . now i can to update to 2003 64 bit whitot not error in ca please hep me

You cannot upgrade an OS from 32-bit to 64-bit. You have to do a clean install of 64-bit.

Hi,
As Bill mentioned, what you encountered is an expected issue. The x86 versions of the Windows operating system cannot be upgraded to the x64 versions
of the Windows operating system, the only way is clean install.

my backup to on . all certificate work well
