Hi Thamara, Thanks for your reply. I tried the method you recommended but still no hope. After complete steps 3, uninstallation fails and reverting back. a screen shows "Service Pack did not uninstall, Reverting Changes. Do Not Turn Off your Computer". What else can I do?

I encounrter some error with my Server after installing W2K8 SP2, then uninstall it using control panel>add/remove program feature. W2K8 SP2 is not seen from control panel after that and I did a server restart. Then when try to reinstall W2K8 SP2 it says that SP2 exist and cannot reinstall. Using Command prompt to uninstall it seems doing uninstallation but when it complete steps 3 100%, an error shows that uninstallation is not complete and it revert back to previous settings. Please help me on this issues. Thanks in advance.
