Unfortunately, I removed the existing group in BizTalk admin console. How to reconfigure the existing group. Please guide me on this.

can I apply the "Unconfigure Features" in BizTalk configuration.is this the right way?

Use the BizTalk Server Administration Console, right click the root node and select "Connect to an Existing Group" and you;d be able to get the configured group back.

"Unconfigure Features" un-configures BizTalk if that is what you want to do?

Be careful about unconfiguring the SSO service. You'll have to restore the master secret if you want to use your existing group again.
