Dear All,
I am notable to copy the files form remote system(SQL Server) to local system, but i am able to do same on other servers like"AD and Web server"
even i treed as a administrator account.

If any setting has to be done in SQL SERVER ?


Note : Servers are in amazon cloud.

Do you get any error when you try to copy the files ?
Please check whether port 445 (SMB over TCP) is open between source and destination servers either using telnet or PortQryUI.
