You have to remove the binding and add it back in

this gets better

see how the iface shows a ssl cert but when you open the binding there is actually none selected

the only way I have been able to replicate this is by creating a website using appcmd and specifying https as the binding without the specifying the ssl cert to use

so did you manually create the website in this way, or did some application create the website for you? As doing it all through IIS I can not replicate the issue as it doesn't let you create an HTTPS binding without selecting an ss
