the emails is getting stuck in Outbox
hi All we are using a outlook 2010 the user is having a IMAP account now here there is two pst file randomly gets created and i we cannot make change to the location of the pst neither we can make only one pst for IMAP and delete the other pst as the user is having two pst file first contains all the default folder but the second one is not having the Outbox in it and in this pst file INbox the emails are recieved now when the user sends email the emails goes from the first pst as it has Outbox in it but the second one is not having a outbox also many times when the user tries to send the emails it gets stucked in the Outbox it is not ready to go so i recreated the email with same content, same attachment, same subject and same recieptient still the email is not going but other emails are going easily and there is no issue in recieving the emails Here i have Two question 1)why the emails are going from FIRST pst and second pst is not having its own Outbox 2)why the issue is happening with some particular emails are not going outside and getting stuck in the Outbox Note: i am using a only one Outlook Account and the user is NOT a roaming user it is normal user with everything local only it is normal domain user PLEASE ASSIST thanks, VirajPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
