My Task schedular is not operating it is saying it is disabled in the services and i cannot seem to find any options as to get it up and running again, i get a message saying Task schedular not available? can anyone set me on the right track thanks

1.Open Computer Management. 2.In the console tree, click Services. Computer Management (Local)/Services and Applications 3.In the details pane, double-click Task Scheduler. 4.In the General tab, in Startup type list box, select Automatic or Manual.
