system readiness tool reported a corrupt file but I can not find where to get a replacement copy of the file

After running the system readiness tool I was prompted the following files were corrupt: Package_for_KB2347290_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1.mum Package_for_KB2347290_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1. cat I cannot find a copy of this file anywhere and I do not know how to generate the file. OS is Win Server 2008 Foundation I appreciate any help you can offer! Espi

thanks tim, I tried this but found I need a win 2008 foundation server to copy the files and could not find any to do this..
