svchost using a lot of RAM

Hi all, we have a server which is using high RAM for svchost.exe. It's also a web server so I'm worry if http services is using up the RAM.

I have check on the kb below and confirm that WIndows Mangement Framework 3.0 is not installed. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2889748

Process explorer should help you to determine which process within svchost is using the RAM

Thanks but the cmd screen already shows the 6 process within the svchost -> Eventsystem, FontCache, netprofm, nsi, W32Time, WinHttpAutoProxySvc. 

Of all 6 process, I suspect WinHttpAutoProxySvc might be the culprit. Any idea how to troubleshoot on this without affecting the production web services ?
