I am facing a problem, while loading the small business server it shows a message " this computer can not be upgraded to the oem version of small business server" how to resolve this problem pl clarify me

Hello,this means the OEM version disk from SBS you are using cannot be installed on that computer. OEM versions can only be installed on the machine where they are bought with. So get the correct OS version to install the machine you have.
