sharepoint search - a query with sorting on a multiple value metadata property?
we have a result source and defined a sorting field on a managed metadata property in its query, the property is a multiple value date type property, it could contain 1-3 different date, how would the query return result based on the sorting? would this
even work?

OK, I'm answering myself.
I did some testing, found it sorts based on the first date in this property, at least the sorting works.
