service manager MPs storage location

Dear All,

Whatever the views we are creating in service manager console, we can store them in a management packs. We can able to see all MPs from Administration -> Management Packs. May I know the physical location of all these MPs. For example, if I have created a new view under service request fulfilment as "Assigned To Help Desk". When I am creating I have selected/created a new MP. Where exactly that .MP or .XML will be stored. When we are exporting any MP to our local system from which physical location it is downloading to our local system.

I did not find them in SCSM server. I understood that after creation of .MP or .XML, SCSM data service reads those files properties and stores them in the ServiceManager database tables. But inorder to read those files somewhere physically they should be available, am I right? Could anyone please give some clarity to avoid my confusion. Thanks.

I believe the only place is in the Servicemanager database in the table ManagementPack. There is the whole XML "physically".
