I can log in via safe mode. Cannot log in any other way. Immediately logs me off the server and back to the ctr alt del screen. I checked the event logs and it has an error listed at the times I have tried to log in.....An error occurred while the wizard was checking the current windows licsense. error 0x80040002. I have tried everything listed in google to resolve this and nothing works. This is very frustrating and help would be greatly appreciated.

nope drive letter is correct and those two registry entries do not even exist in the registry thanx for your effort though ......

small business server 2003 SP2. the only event log errors are that one I described above. Can log in fine in safe mode just not normal or safemode with networking gives me the log on log off every single time....I have tried everything I can find related to this and activation and everything else. Really is driving me nuts here.

Did you resolve this?
