In the Service Manager Self Service Portal, we use the Query Results to pull information for users to select, such as workstations, other users, etc. However, it limits out at 2000. First of all, I understand the need for limits. On the other hand, in some cases, we need more than 2000. In an endeavor to find out how to increase the limit, I found the key for the web site settings named <Setting Key="DEFAULT_MAX_RESULTS" Value=""/>.
So I entered the key and tried to set a maximum of 5000. It didn't go up from 2000. So then I set it down to 500. It limited the results to 500.
My question is: How do we configure the query results to show more than 2000 results?
