I would say download and installed the drivers from the manufacturers website (if you're using the Windows default drivers). You may have to uninstall thedrivers first before installing them if you alreadyinstalled the correct drivers.(couldn't edit my above post)-Ken | http://ken.wagnerfamily.co.uk
