i am new to system admin, i need to know the basic steps in configuring roaming profile in win 2008 server with Win XP and Win vista, Win & clients

Hi, Roaming profiles in Windows Vista are not compatible with earlier versions of Windows XP. A separate profile folder with the extension .V2 will be created when using Roaming profiles with Windows Vista. The easiest solution is to avoid roaming between versions of the operating system.
