repadmin is not recognized
We having a issue with DFS none of the folders are replicated. When I try to use repadmin tool to troubleshoot, it gives me an error:
'repadmin' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
i am sure i used it before and troubleshoot. Help please.!!!!

repadminis included on Windows Server 2008 and higher versions only, on earlier OS versions you have to install the support tools.

Run sfc /scannow
It will check for the integrity of system files ,it can also replace a file if its missing.
Also check if the AD DS role is showing any errors in the server manager
As a sidenote while you figure this out, Repadmin can be manually copied from a different server an

sfc didn't find anything wrong. and i tried to copy the file and run it but it won't run.
Also, I checked DC and noticed that there are error showing NETLOGON 5808, 5782.
I also see some error regards to DNS-Server-Service Event ID 4013. Is this all related?

it is Windows 2012 Standard and i used it before. it is gone or missing somehow after restart (we had power failure for 12 hours!) and DFS start not working.

Active Directory relies on DNS to function. Before going further, we can follow the KB article below to troubleshoot the DNS issue to see if it helps.

verify the path under environment variables. type "set p" in command line and see if the path settings are correct.
