remote assistance
From Windows 2008 r2 server, I am logged in as adminsitrator, I run remote assistance. I select "advanced connection option for helpdesk", I enter the ip address 10.100.5.188 and I get errror: Your offer to help could not be sent. Check the following: Do you have the correct permissions on the romote computer? yes Is the remote computer turned on, and is it connected to the network? yes Is there a network problem? no I look at the logs and here I what I see? The application-specific permission settings do not grant Remote Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {3C3A70A7-A468-49B9-8ADA-28E11FCCAD5D} and APPID {F8FD03A6-DDD9-4C1B-84EE-58159476A0D7} to the user ENCSD\Administrator SID (S-1-5-21-3147616421-2220702584-3113766947-500) from address 10.100.5.252.
