netsvc ia one of the most important keys in registry which holds all the services related to the os. You might have to export from one the other identical dc's and import it or else you have to repair the os. Thankshttp://technetfaqs.wordpress.com

Hi ,I would suggest repair, as it would scan the registry and fix the system related registries and not the custom app related registries.
