psexec v2.11 The handle is invalid.

I have written a script that uses the PSexec to remotely execute another Script on another Server. The command that I issue is of the following format:

psexec \\targetserver -accepteula -high -s -n 10 CScript.exe  somescript.vbs

The account that I am running this command under is a service account that has administrator rights on the target server and both servers are in the same domain. Initially this was running successfully. I checked the account privileges and they haven't changed I have run this command under different account names with the same privileges and this command runs successfully for some reason it has stop running under this particular service account alone. So I am wondering as to what could be causing the issue. As it is localized to one account.

The error that I am getting is listed below.

PsExec v2.11 - Execute processes remotely
