product key
I have a product key from a confirmation e-mail from purchasing Office 2010 for my old laptop, and I also have a product key on the bottom of my new laptop. Both keys came up invalid when I tried to install Office on my new laptop.

Hi,
First of all, based on my experience, the product key on the bottom of the laptop is the key for OEM Windows system(such as Windows 7),
you will not be able to use it to active a Microsoft Office product.
By the way, what did you buy the Office 2010? You have to install the proper version of Microsoft Office 2010 and then active it with the
product key you bought.
