you can change the product key 1.go to the control panel and open add/remove programs(appwiz.cpl) 2.click on office 2010 and change button on the upper side,now there is a option for change the product key.if your key is not accepting,therefore you should contact ms help desk through your software vendor. HI, open excel, click on office icon on top left corner, select excel options and go to resource tab. click on activate office and add the product key there. if it's correct, it'll show you with a green check mark. Thamara.
