i am using windows server 2003 service pack 2. and network printer Lanier 5227(Ricoh). when a user sends a document for printing it stops the printer spooler service after some two or three prints i start this service but it happen again. when i check the event viewer it shows the event id 1004 (faulting application:spoolsvc.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959 RIC622LM.dll, version 4.0.1381.1, fault address 0x0000457 c)kindly help me.
