print spooler errors
Hello,I have a windows server 2008 x64 as a file server only, I am seeing lots of errors "SpoolerWin32SPL" The print spooler failed to reopen an existing printer connection because it could not read the configuration information from the registry key S-1-5-18\Printers\Connections. The print spooler could not open the registry key. This can occur if the registry key is corrupt or missing, or if the registry recently became unavailable.there are no printers installed on this machine, I have checked my remote desktop client to ensure that I am not sharing any local resources other then clipboard. Can I just disable the local print spooler without breaking any other service? there is no reason to connect a printer to this machine. Thanks,M

If you will never print from that server disable the spooler service - it won't get used.
