I would say that this is because of your network setup. IF you would share a little bit more info about your network the replies could be more specificWith kind regards Krystian Zieja http://www.projectnenvision.com Follow me on twitter My Blog

Hello, seems for that you didn't configure aging/scavenging in the DNS server/zones. Or your DHCP server isn't configured to to update DNS. As a first try rightclick the DNS server and choose "Scavenge stale resource records". Additional see the following articles about aging/scavenging: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc757041(WS.10).aspx http://blogs.technet.com/b/networking/archive/2008/03/19/don-t-be-afraid-of-dns-scavenging-just-be-patient.aspx DHCP and DNS: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc787034(WS.10).aspxBest regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Hello, see the articles about the way to configure aging scavenging in DNS and for the TechNet articles expand also the "+" in the left pane. If you configure DNS accordingly it should resolve the problem. That way stale records will be removed automatically and the problem you see will not occur again.Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.
