performance log threshold
my server is having some performance issue.
i have capture the performance log and run with PAL,
these are very great tools.
but i need to find the article which describe the threshold for the performance counter.
example,
if processor % usage is more than 75% is consider critical,
if > 60 % is less critical, if < 45% it is running optimal speed etc..
i need some microsoft article that spell out the performance counter.
thanks.
