Otherwise there is no way to change computer password without rejoining computer to domain. This means that you MUST have at least 2 domain controllers. You MUST to transfer all FSMO roles to second DC and assign it asGlobal Catalog.Using dcpromo.exe you MUST demote malfunctioning domain controller and join it to workgroup.
