I have two questions related to P2V:
1)  If the VHD is created by P2V, it is Fixed or dynamic VHD?
2)  Compared with Disk2VHD, which one is better to create VHD, P2V or disk2vhd?

Thanks for posting your question here. 

1.  The vhd created defaults to dynamic, but can be changed during the wizard to fixed.

Disk2VHD does not compete against SCVMM P2V.
