Hello i install a fresh {windows server 2003 R2} after my last {win server 2003} then update it and install bitdefender 2009 total security and ... softwares now after few hours that my network is running i receive "timed out" error and i have to disable and enable my "local area connection" to get ping again i am really in a trouble would you mind helping me with a best regards

Hi Mohammadsahand,Thank you for posting in windows server forums,This issue might be caused due to the installation of your security app , but not certain as of now . can you please check the event log and give us more info . When are you getting timed out error ? , are you getting this error after performing certain action ( executing application etc...)

Download proper MPS Report tool from the website below. Double-click to run it, if requirement is not met, please follow the wizard to download and install them. After that, click Next, when the "Select the diagnostics you want to run" page appears, select "General", Internet and Networking, click Next. 3. After collecting all log files, choose "Save the results", choose a folder to save <Computername>MPSReports.cab file.
