Hi,
We can deploy a website on Windows Server 2008 based computer via IIS 7.0
Please refer to:
Internet Information Services 7.0 (IIS 7.0) Technical Resources
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/iis-technical.aspx
You can refer to the following steps to simply enable remote desktop on Windows Server 2008
1. Right-click Computer on desktop and select Properties
2. Select Remote Settings in the left panel.
3. Select "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop" in the area of Remote Desktop.
Meanwhile, for the usage of multi concurrent remote desktop, you may also consider implementing the Terminal Services on the box.
Please refer to:
Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Services Client 6.0)

Presentation Virtualization with Terminal Services

Concerning the solution of game server, I am afraid to say we are not the best support resource here. Please contact the third party entertainment software vendor to check if they have any compatible software on Windows Server 2008 platform.
Hope it helps. David Shen - MSFT
