network bridege
my pc having two Network LAN cards one having IP in 172 series and another having IP of 10 series. Now i would like to establish a communication between these two LANs. How to establish it.

If the two segments are in different IP subnets, you cannot bridge them. You have to use routing. As Falcon ITS pointed out, in a server OS you use RRAS. If it is a client OS you will need to enable IP routing in the registry. Simply enabling IP routing may not be enough. It will only work straight off if all machines are using this router as their default gateway.Bill
