I had a few issues with my puter that micrsoft that corrected remotely from a tech directly from Microsoft.....how ever several of my games that wont run, because of an error message. {"could nt write license data! contact customer support on instructions"

Hello, if problems exist after that a technician from Microsoft was remove on the machine please contact the support again with your support call number at hand and talk to them.
