you can get active directory users & computers only from domain controller. If you have domain controller in your network enviorement pls add this server to domain.if you want remotly you can get this tools to your computer.therefore you have to run adminpak.msi on this server.but as this is a remote access server pls do not get ad uses and computes toolpak on this.Darshana Jayathilake

Hello, running RRAS on a DC is NOT recommended this result in multiple problems. "but can't find the 'Active Directory users & computers' to set ip " AD UC is not to use to configure any kind of ip address, please elaborate this statement. Which white paper are you talking about, please post the link so we can follow your description?Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Hello, running RRAS on a DC is not recommended. More here: http://blogs.dirteam.com/blogs/acefekay/archive/2009/08/03/multihomed-dcs-with-dns-rras-and-or-pppoe-adapters.aspx You have to keep it disabled and use just one enabled NIC card with just one IP address. to set IP, use ncpa.cpl. If you are talking about AD subnets then use dssite.msc instead of dsa.msc. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.
