Hi,

Im looking to create a web application and charge users a monthly subscription. Would I have to handle the payments myself or is there a payment system on Azure like there is on windows store?

There is currently no method in which you will be able to charge customer from Azure. You will need to make the payment and charge your customers. Your option may be that you chose invoice mode as bill payment and forward that to your customers.

Hello wobbygong,

There is no such available right now with Azure billing, you will be charged on your credit card. Other users will not be able to sign-in to your account to pay the bills.
You will have to pay the bills for your customers and your customers will have to pay you. This is how the payments are made for all the Azure services.
You can request for invoice mode of payment to be sent to your payment address to, use the link to make a request:
