Various error throughout where as follows:
1 SETUPAPI.dll is not a valid image
2 isa server folder not found
3appliation failed to initalise
4 0*0000022
5 0*00000142
tried to start help and support and help from dos window C:\regserver\suchost netsvcs:> pchealth/helpctr/binaries/
what is the possible solution

As I see you have a problem with setupapi.dll.
This DLL file belongs to Windows API.
There is multiple web sites from which you can download install files that are supposed to repair that but I don't recommand their use.
Personally, I recommand to perform a repair install or restore your system state using a backupp performed before the appearance of your problem.
Also, perform a full scan on your disks to delete possible existance of viruses, spyware and malware programs.
