Please provide me your network architecture and the AD architecture for better troubleshooting-- are you able to open any other websites ?-- what are the clients you have tested ?-- Have you set any firewall restrictions -- how does clients reach internet ?-- Does issue happens only on a particluar client or on all clients -- Is this subnet specific ?-- What is the error message you receive when you open microsoft website ?
