memory mgmt through task manager-leakage
in physical memory section,is this the actual for "available","cached" and "free" how can i know this at "healthy" level

Hello, Yes, in Physical Memory (MB) section, the actual amount of memory is displayed. You might also want to use another Microsoft utility to check the instant memory usage. RAMMap v1.11 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ff700229 ---how can i know this at "healthy" level This depends on how you define "healthy". Talking about memory, the first counter Id check is the Memory Available. As shown in your picture, you have about 5Gb memory available and 2.5 GB free memory, then I conclude that the server has sufficient RAM and is in "healthy" level. Thanks Zhang
