Using PowerShell to query AD is there anyway to match a user to their computer? Or at least match them to the last known computer? I know SCCM/CM2012 have something called Console user and/or Top Console user that does this. Does AD have the same data?

Active Directory does not track any relationship between users and computers. Some people have used logon scripts to append user and computer names (and times) to a shared log file that can later be used for this purpose.

You can turn on logon audit on domain controllers and use information in logon events to find out which computers user logs on to. .
