mapped drive dissappears
Mapped drive form login script randomly does not connect a login. This is sporadic. The ocmputer name and share is different then the domain controller so I don;t know if it is a name resolutioni issue or what. It works 95% of the time. We use net use in script. if exist v:\nul net use v: /delete net use v: \\servername\share It can fail and then we can log out and log back in again and it works?

It could be related to many factors. Are they users getting logon script? Do you see any GPO related errors this workstation? From a problem computer, manually run the logon script and make sure it maps the drive. Hi, Thanks for posting here. Try modifying your script to remove all mapped connection first and remap it to see how is going: Net use * /delete /yes Net use v: \\servername.<domainname>\share How Authentication Works for Net Use Command http://support.microsoft.com/kb/149861 Thanks.
