Hello, We are using mandatory profiles on windows 2000 server. Windows XP Pro is the client. One of my students worked all day her paper and then shut down. She saved her work to the desktop and of course when she logged back in her work is gone. Does anyone know if / how I can get her work back it there any type of cache or temp folder. I went to doc and settings and found her folder but nothing was in there. Your help is appreciated

Hi DH49, The document was deleted because of mandatory profile. Generally speaking, there is no Windows cache or temp folder to store the file in mandatory profile. Some third party tools claim that they can recover deleted files from disk. You may check whether they work.
