logon failed
when i try to logon to windows server 2008 using administrator account it gives a message "The User Profile Service service failed logon" " User profile cannot be loaded"

Click on Run and then type Msconfig Go to the tools Tab, scroll down to find click on Launch to Disable UAC (requires reboot) http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin

Looks like that there is a problem with you user profile.
